6.The content of the Web Site extends to a wide range of art and antiquities, which is generally uncensored, If you find any type of content offensive, you should not use the Web Site.

7.The contents of the Web Site, such as text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, coding, scripts, computer programs and other materials, are protected by copyright under the laws of the Union of India as well as other countries, and are owned or controlled by Coin Era or by third parties that may have licensed their Material to Coin Era. Any infringement or unauthorized use or any kind of copyright violation will be liable for legal proceedings including but not limited to punitive action in civil and or criminal courts against the violators.

8.Coin Era authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material solely for your personal, non-commercial use, or in the case of dealers, to display to your clients solely for purposes of facilitating a transaction with Coin Era. Any violation of this term will invite punitive action including but not limited to civil and or criminal proceedings against the violators.

Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site and/or the services offered on or through the Site after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

14. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the web site, or with any provision of the agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the web site. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable to any user or any third party on account of that user's use of the web site. In no event shall the company and/or its suppliers be liable to you or any such third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the web site, the delay or inability to use the web site, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the website,or otherwise arising out of the use of the web site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if the company or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.

15. The products will be auto-renewed in the coinera website if you fail to renew the products before the expiry date. Incase you do not want to keep the product after the expiry date, you can login to you coinera account and delete the same.

Conditions of sale

1. The highest bidder of each lot shall be the buyer thereof. If any dispute is raised either from the buyer or the seller then Coin Era team will inspect the same and the entire decision will be of Coin Era team and both the parties have to agree/respect the same. Any dispute should be raised within 7 days after which it will not be entertained.

2. The seller shall have absolute discretion to withdraw lots from the sale without giving any reason. The bidding shall be regulated at the absolute discretion of the seller who shall have the right to refuse any bid/s.

3. The estimate figures below each lot are the seller's estimation of an expected price only. These estimates are not representative of a reserve price and are published only as a guide to buyers. Bidders may bid at or within the estimate, or above the estimate, however, bids which are less than the low estimate will not be considered by the seller.

4. All lots are put up for sale subject to any reserve price that may be imposed by the seller.

5. Only a registered member is allowed to bid in the auction. Each auction requires a new registration. Registration process may require your Client Id and or you may be required to fill a registration form with your address, telephone number, and signature, after which you will be allotted a numbered paddle to bid.

6. Bidders may be asked to notify the seller of his name and address and if required: (a) Provide bank or other credit references before the start of the auction; and or
(b) Provide a cash deposit before the start of the auction and or
(c) Pay the full purchase price, or a fractional deposit as soon as the auction is over, as may be determined at the absolute and sole discretion of the auctioneer.

7. Lots are sold as shown with all faults, imperfections and or errors of description. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller is liable for any fault or error of description. All statements as to the items sold, at any point, are statements of opinion only. The auctioneer reserves the right in forming his opinion, to consult and rely upon any expert or authority considered by him reliable. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, should any lot been wrongly described in any material aspect, the buyer may reject the same, provided that he give written notice to do so and return the same to the auctioneer within seven (7) days from the day of the sale. Under no circumstances will the auctioneer be liable for any costs, expenses or damages incurred by the buyer in respect of any lot, including, but not limited to, loss of any kind of profit whatsoever. Bidders are advised to scrutinize the lots they bid for.

8. Coin Era acts solely as an agent and shall not be responsible for any default by either the buyer or the seller or for any action or claim which may arise in respect of any lot. The buyer and seller will have to take care of the taxes if any.

9. Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of their purchases at the time of delivery. The auctioneer cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy which might be discovered after the lots have been removed from either the action room or the auctioneer's premises.

10. Any part of the purchase price left outstanding after the action shall be paid in full within seven (7) days of the date of auction. The buyer needs to pay within 7 days of winning the bid.

11. Delivery is against payment in full. Delivery of the items may be made on the following day after receiving full payment. The seller needs to ship the product within 7 days of payment confirmation.

12. A fees of 4% and 2 % is charged from the seller and the buyer respectively.

13. By making a bid the buyer acknowledges his acceptance of these Conditions and shall be bound by them. 14. These Conditions shall take effect and be construed in accordance with Indian law.

15. Auction is conducted in Indian Rupees.

Please Note: Items over 100 years old cannot be taken out of India without the permission of the respective authorities.
